- Reserved Event Space is included in all regular party packages. If you wish to bring decorations, you are welcome to. No items may be hung or attached to the walls or doors.
- Seating is guaranteed for paid participants. If available, additional table space may be purchased. Inquire with the Sales Team for pricing and availability.
- Paper products are included for all food and drinks.
- Party packages include a Party Captain for 120 minutes coinciding with the reservation start and end times. Your Party Captain is responsible for food and cake service, clean-up, and supervision of party games within your private party room.
- A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for party packages. Your deposit is applied as payment towards your event total. The remaining balance of your event is due at the event; you may pay by credit card or cash. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
- Please inform guests to be on time. Any latecomers will be added to the party already in progress. The party starts and ends on time. Your Party room time (120 minutes) starts from the time of reservation, not arrival time.
- You may bring a cake, EXCLUDING ice cream cake, OR cupcakes. NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS are permitted in the facility at any time. You may order food for your adult guests from our regular menu, or reserve pizza and Party Platters ahead of time (recommended!). Some Platters may be available for purchase at the time of the event. Fruit and Brownies Party Platters require reservation in advance.
- All guests are required to wear appropriate attire for a family fun center. Shirts, shoes and/or socks are required at all times. Offensive language or inappropriate pictures/wording displayed on hats/clothing is not allowed.

*Average game is 4-6 credits. All parties require 10 paid guest minimum with advance reservation. Reserved event space is guaranteed for PAID PARTICIPANTS only; additional space may be rented for a fee based on availability.
