We make sure In The Game is the best choice for your kid’s birthday party venue by providing your very own Party Captain. Your Party Captain will bring FUN to the party & take care of all the logistics so you can enjoy the party too! Your Party Captain will:

- Handle all the setup & cleanup
- Make the day special & FUN!

What is a Party Captain?
Your Party Captain is responsible for food and cake service, clean-up, supervision of party FUN within your party space, and making your Party an all around EPIC time! All Party Packages include a Party Captain for 120 minutes, coinciding with the reservation start and end times.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes! All parties may bring a cake or cupcakes to their celebration. Please no ice cream or ice cream cake. No outside food aside from cake is permitted. Please check our Party Platters for tasty additions to your party!
Can I decorate the space?
You may bring additional decorations if you choose, but tableware and centerpieces will be provided by your Party Captain. There may be a Party in your Event Space prior to your reservation, so please coordinate with our Party Planner if you wish to arrive early to decorate!
Thank you for observing our policy: No Confetti and No Pinatas, No items may be hung on or attached to the walls or doors of your Event Space.
How do I reserve my Party?
You can reserve your Party online using our reservation portal, or you may call your local In The Game to book by phone. Even if you book online, a Party Planner will be in touch to confirm the details of your Party and work with you to design the BEST experience for you and your guests.
All reservations require a $100 deposit. The remainder of your balance, including any applicable tax & gratuity, will be due the day of the Party. You may pay by cash or card, no checks please. Parties may be canceled for a full refund more than 72 hours prior to the event.
Who counts as a "guest"?
Anyone who wishes to participate in the Birthday Party Package is a paid guest. Adults, parents or guests do not add to your paid guest count unless you want them to! If an adult would like to participate in Attractions and Arcade game play, you may include them in the attendance total when booking. All Parties require a minimum of 10 paid guests to book.
Please note, seating is guaranteed for paid guests only. Our Event Planner will confirm child & adult attendance with you prior to your event, and can help you reserve additional Event Space at that time if necessary for your group.
